ICETSD 2025 Full Paper Reviewing Process 

At ICETSD 2025, we uphold a rigorous, transparent, and unbiased peer-review process to maintain the highest academic standards. Each submitted full paper undergoes the following review process:

🔍 Review Criteria

Each submission is evaluated against the following criteria:

1. Relevance & Significance

   • Is the topic aligned with the conference themes?
     Are the research questions timely and impactful?

2. Originality & Novelty

   • Does the paper offer new insights, approaches, or findings?

   • Is it distinguishable from existing work?

3. Methodological Rigor

   • Are the methods or experimental design appropriate and well-described?

   • Is the study reproducible and scientifically sound?

4. Clarity & Organization

   • Is the manuscript clearly written and logically structured?

   • Are the arguments coherent and easy to follow?

5. Evidence & Validation

   • Are conclusions backed by solid data, case studies, or theoretical frameworks?

   • Are interpretations well-grounded?

🔒 Double-Blind Peer Review

• The identity of both authors and reviewers is kept confidential to ensure unbiased and impartial evaluation.

• Reviewers are selected based on expertise in the relevant domain.

💬 Reviewer Recommendations

Reviewers submit:

• Structured evaluation forms

• Comments for authors (constructive and detailed)

• Recommendations: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject

🗂️ Final Decision

The Track Chairs and Scientific Committee make the final decision based on reviewer inputs. Accepted papers are then:

• Recommended for Scopus-indexed journals, proceedings, or

• Offered publication in INTI's open-access journals
